Refund Request Period

• You can request a refund within 3 days of purchase.

Eligibility Conditions

• Time Limit & Credit Type: Refund requests are only applicable to subscription credits and must be made within 3 days of your purchase. For add-on credits, we cannot process any refund requests.
• Credit Usage: If you have used more than 10 subscription credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.

• Please provide the subscription email address and the reason for the refund request.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
